Thank you for shopping with Thoughtful Tulip! We're committed to carefully packing and shipping your order with care and attention to detail.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and many orders may be shipped sooner than our stated processing time.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days (when available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, shipping method, and delivery location.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally using USPS and DHL Express.
Estimated delivery times:
- USPS International: 7–21 business days
- DHL Express: 3–5 business days

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package throughout its journey.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
Thoughtful Tulip is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Thoughtful Tulip is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
